Na'im was released from prison homeless, geographically displaced and had been disenfranchised his whole incarceration. Upon release he applied at UPS for a package handler position and was promoted to Human Resources within six months and began his Masters of Human Resources Mgt at Webster University, while simultaneously working as a Career Development Executive for the Full Employment Council Inc. Na'im immediately began his entreprenurial journey by bringing to life the two business plans he wrote while incarcerated by competing in the Aaron Levitt Challenge of UMKC , Determination Incorporated Entrepreneurial competition for formerly incarcerated citizens (3x) Na'im recently graduated from the Porter House KC business development program and is currently in the Encore program by the Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce. The CEO and Founder successfully discharged parole 03/31/20
